 | New Hope Church was founded by Senior Pastor Dr. Vernon Bosserman. Pastor Vern and
his wife Meredith. Pastor Vern has pastored in the Brethren in Christ church
for 28 years. He spent his first 8 years in Canada and another 8 before taking the step of faith to begin his
first church plant, New Hope. God has blessed Vern and his leadership over the
past 12 years, growing New Hope and impacting the surrounding community. Vern
has been married to Meredith for 33 years. Meredith works for the state Civil
Service Commission. They have four daughters, and three grandchildren. He earned his undergraduate degree from George
Fox College (OR), his Masters of Divinity from Western Evangelical Seminary (OR), and his
Doctorate in Ministry from Ashland

 | Deb Stafford joined the staff in June of 1998 to fill the secretary's position. Since then New Hope's been blessed to see her expand her ministry role as our Care Coordinator. She also gives leadership to the Girlfriend's ministry and organizes many of New Hope's community festivals and church wide events. She as been married to her husband, Bob, for 13 years. She is a mother to three of her own and also has a step-son. Her oldest has given her three granddaughters. She performs a variety of tasks for New Hope and says, "It has been a blessing to be part of a growing, friendly, and purposeful body of believers.” | ||||

| Dave Seaman joined New Hope's staff
in early 1999, first as Pastor of Worship & Media and later came on board full time in 2007 as Director of Ministry Development.
Besides providing some organizational leadership and lending some initial support
for facilities and land development needs, he laid the foundation for
the Partnership for Hope. As
it's director, he equips and mobilizes the people of New Hope for
community outreach efforts and builds partnerships with other churches
and faith based organizations for collaborative ministry. He graduated
from Liberty University with a bachelor's degree in Communications and, previous to his role at New Hope, worked in the Information Technology field. Dave's been
married to Heather for 15 years and is blessed to be the girly daddy of
Caeley, 9 and Faith, 6. Besides running over things in his Jeep, doing IT consulting through his business, CynergyIT, and
doing some amateur construction projects, he enjoys hanging out with

 | Pastor Greg Starr came on staff in August of 2009 as Pastor of Adult Discipleship to support New Hope's adult education program and nurture its small group
ministry. He serves now as New Hope's Associate Pastor in a number of dimensions of leadership. Prior to coming

 | Brenda Hartman was among the core team of leaders that founded New Hope Church. As its Youth Director, Brenda has played a critical role in helping teenagers grow in their faith. With over 30 years experience in youth ministry, Brenda has counseled, encouraged, and supported generations of young adults. Besides enjoying her husband Ted, their dog Bailey, and twin granddaughters, Brenda works at Joy Bookstore near Wernersville. And she's become the 'Pennsylvania Mom' for Christian music artists DecembeRadio, John Waller, and several members of the band Fee. Email Brenda | ||||

 | Nancy Ritchie is New Hope's Preschool Children's Director. With a lifetime of professional experience in caring for children, Nancy brings great wisdom, common sense, and a whole lot of humor to New Hope in her role. Also part of the core group of leaders who founded New Hope Church, Nancy has served faithfully since its inception. She's joined in ministry by her husband, David.
