 | Dr. Vernon Bosserman - Senior Pastor Pastor Vern founded New Hope Church in 1994. He and a core group of 20 people took a step of faith and launched New Hope Church in the Linglestown Middle School. God has blessed Vern and his leadership, growing New Hope and impacting the surrounding community. Pastor Vern has been a pastor in the Brethren in Christ church for over 30 years. He spent his first 8 years in Canada and another 8 in Pennsylvania before planting New Hope. God has blessed Vern and his leadership over the past 12 years, growing New Hope and impacting the surrounding community. Vern and his wife Meredith have four daughters and six grandchildren. He earned his undergraduate degree from George Fox College (OR), his Masters of Divinity from Western Evangelical Seminary (OR), and his Doctorate in Ministry from Ashland Theological Seminary(OH). Stafford
- Pastoral Care Coordinator and Office Manager Deb joined the staff in June of 1998 as church secretary, but her role has grown significantly over the years. Deb gives leadership to the Stephen's Ministry, coordinates many ways of caring for people, and oversees the kitchen, fellowship, and women's ministries. Plus she runs the office! Deb and her husband Bob have four children between them and three granddaughters. Deb considers it a blessing to be part of "a growing, friendly, and purposeful body of believers.” | ||||||

 | Dave Seaman - Director of Partnership for Hope David has been on staff at New Hope since 1999, first as Pastor of Worship & Media and later as Director of Ministry Development. Now he serves as Executive Director of Partnership for Hope. In this role he equips and mobilizes the people of New Hope for community outreach efforts and builds partnerships with other churches and faith based organizations for collaborative ministry. He graduated from Liberty University with a bachelor's degree in Communications and previously worked in the Information Technology field. Dave and his wife Heather have two girls, Caeley and Faith. Besides running over things in his Jeep, doing IT consulting through his business, CynergyIT, and doing some amateur construction projects, he enjoys hanging out with his friends. Email Dave | ||||||
| Michael Stevens - Music Director Michael joined the staff in 2011 after serving New Hope as a volunteer worship leader and worship team coordinator for some time. Michael serves as the worship leader for our Sunday morning services, coordinates our worship team ministry, and plans for special music throughout the year. Michael's full-time job is in the banking industry. He and his wife Katrina have two children, Olivia and Nicholas. | |||||||
 | Brenda Hartman - Youth Director Brenda was among the core team of leaders that founded New Hope Church and has served as youth director from the beginning. With over 30 years experience in youth ministry, Brenda has counseled, encouraged, and supported generations of young adults. Besides enjoying her husband Ted, their dog Bailey, and twin granddaughters, Brenda works at Joy Bookstore near Wernersville. And she's become the 'Pennsylvania Mom' for Christian music artists DecembeRadio, John Waller, and several members of the band Fee. Email Brenda | ||||||

 | Nancy Ritchie - Preschool Children's Director With a lifetime of professional experience in caring for children, "Miss Nancy" brings great wisdom, common sense, and a whole lot of humor to New Hope. Also part of the core group of leaders who founded New Hope Church, Nancy has served faithfully since its inception. She's joined in ministry by her husband, David. They live near Annville, close to family...including her sister, Brenda, New Hope's Youth Director. Email Nancy | ||||||
 | Holly Greiner - Nursery Director. Holly joined the staff in 2010. She has a wonderful heart for infants and toddlers and takes seriously the responsibility of nurturing them and the volunteers that care for them. Holly has served as children’s ministry director in two churches prior to moving to the Harrisburg area. She holds a BA in Family Studies from Central Washington University. She and her husband Seth have three girls, Annelise, Emmaline, and Cordellia. | ||||||
