Get-up, Get Active! Afterschool Fitness Program Want a healthy after school alternative for your elementary-age kids? In partnership with local elementary schools and Program currently full, but check back for opportunities next school year!
ADVANCED SPORTS TRAINING Advanced Sports Training is located at * * Summer Specialty Camps working on quickness/agility and an array of basketball and soccer skills * Year-round basketball training opportunities
T-TAPP The workout that works!!! New Hope offers its facilities for T-TAPP, a rehabilitative approach to fitness for women and men of all ages. Contact Jill at 652-2767 or at jillb@T-TAPP.com to register and purchase materials. Classes are scheduled for February 21st and March 20th.

Parents are encouraged to stick around for occasional nutrition counseling sessions after Monday’s Get-up, Get-Active program.
